Dear Jonathon,  I have seen this message.  As I represent Delyn in
Flintshire, I know precisely what you are talking about.  I cannot say
anything constructive as I am on the WA Planning Committee and if this
decision is called in, I do not want to be compromised,  I can tell you that
a great deal of heart searching went on by callers who found them selves in
a "no win situation".I do not think a public enquiry is really the way
forward.  FCC demanded certain stringent conditions to applied before the
